Indian River Hospital’s 24-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU) provides the highest quality care for patients with complex acute and chronic health issues. Medical and nursing care in the ICU addresses health issues along a continuum of care from the time of admission to transfer or discharge. As an RN on this team, you will help patients return to health or provide comfort and support at the end of life. Your role is essential to ensuring all patients feel encouraged, safe and at ease while receiving treatment. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited school of Professional Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience
