About The Position
The RN will work in the ICU within the Acute Care Unit in Transylvania Regional Hospital, Brevard, NC. The unit has 30 beds and a team-based care model. The RN will ensure high-quality patient care, employing skills in IV starts, CVL, arterial lines, Foley catheters, EKG monitoring, and wound care.
Requirements
- Must have BLS and ACLS certifications completed prior to the end of orientation.
Nice To Haves
- Previous ICU/step-down experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high acuity patient care in ICU settings.
- Perform IV starts, manage CVLs, arterial lines, and provide wound care.
