About The Position
THP Healthcare Staffing is recruiting an RN - ICU for a position in Louisville, Kentucky, working 12-hour shifts. Candidates must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. The position requires current clinical and employment documentation, health screening records, vaccinations, and the ability to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings. Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- Titers for MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
