About The Position

Presbyterian is seeking an ICU Nurse for a full time opportunity! The Intensive Care Unit Nurse, monitors patients, administer medications, assist patients with basic needs, chart care and responds to emergencies. Patients are often intubated, ventilated, and have multiple IV drips at a time. Requirements

  • ADN/BSN/MSN
  • NM State or Multistate License
  • BLS Requires at Time of Hire

Responsibilities

  • Utilizing the nursing process to provide direct patient care to an assigned group of patients during a shift.
  • Prioritizing the delivery of direct nursing care using time and resources efficiently integrating a standards based framework model.
  • Monitors patients.
  • Administer medications.
  • Assist patients with basic needs.
  • Chart care.
  • Responds to emergencies.
