Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing
• State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License
• BLS certification REQUIRED at time of hire
• Direct experience required
• 1 year of Telemetry experience

Responsibilities

• Continuously assessing vital signs and responding to any changes in condition.
• Ensuring accurate dosage and timely administration of treatments.
• Managing ventilators, monitors, and other life-support devices.
• Working closely with physicians and specialists to develop treatment plans.
• Educating and comforting patients and their families during difficult times.
• Keeping detailed documentation of treatments and progress.
• Acting swiftly in life-threatening situations, including resuscitation efforts.
• Following strict infection control measures to protect patients and staff.
