About The Position

RN Opportunity with Inpatient ICU at Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital (CFMH) in Rocky Mount, VA. This position is working evening/night with EOW and rotating holidays. $20K Sign On Bonus Available for experienced RNs $10K Sign On Bonus for new grad RNs The RN provides professional nursing care to patients across all age groups, supporting patient-centered care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care. This role collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality patient outcomes.

Requirements

Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program required.
None (experience requirement).
Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
AHA BLS-HCP required.
Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on assigned work area.
Keyboarding skills and computer literacy required, including use of electronic medical records.
For Behavioral Health roles, must demonstrate ability to safely manage disruptive or potentially violent patients.

Responsibilities

Provides individualized patient care and coordinates care delivery for patients of all ages.
