About The Position
This position involves providing nursing care to all patient populations within the department. The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient's plan of care. Responsibilities include maintaining regulatory compliance in individual practice, assuming responsibility, accountability, and authority for outcomes of nursing care, and guiding and directing assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care. The role also focuses on positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting a high-quality patient experience.
Requirements
- Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
- BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
Nice To Haves
- BSN degree preferred
- Minimum 1-year current hospital nursing experience preferred
