About The Position

This is a 36-hour per week position with a 50/50 split between day and night shifts, including weekend and holiday requirements. The role involves interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients, making clinical decisions regarding nursing care, ensuring safe and competent nursing care delivery, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for patient groups. The position requires at least 2 years of RN experience, with ICU experience being preferred.

Requirements

At least 2 years of RN experience.
Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
MA Registered Nurse License required.
Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
Familiarity with the principles and skills needed for practical nursing to provide patient care and treatment.
Knowledgeable of the care required by respective age groups for which care is being provided.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Excellent verbal and communication skills.
Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients.

Nice To Haves

ICU experience preferred.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

Consulting and coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
Modifying patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
