RN, ICU Stepdown
About The Position
The RN, ICU Stepdown works in a close-knit, nurturing, and supportive 12-bed unit with an RN-patient ratio of 1:3. The nurse collaborates with medical staff and physicians to provide comprehensive critical care, including trauma, neurological, cardiac, and medical-surgical advanced care. Through evidence-based practice, the nurse contributes to the continuum of care for Valley patients. Eligible candidates may receive a relocation package and concierge service and a sign-on incentive paid over time. Requirements
- High school diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE), or completion of a CHS-approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate.
- Consistent demonstration of competent clinical nursing practice proficiency.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
