About The Position

Bradenton Rehabilitation Hospital is opening March 2026! Join our team to work in a beautiful new hospital with 60 private patient rooms and 2 rehab therapy gyms with cutting-edge technology. The RN House Supervisor supervises nursing staff, assesses patients needs and provides nursing care for patients. This role also plans and organizes training for unit staff members and participates in guidance and educational programs.

Requirements

• Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained from the American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross. Online certification is not acceptable.
• CRRN or written plan to obtain when qualified
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Nice To Haves

• Inpatient rehabilitation experience
• Previous supervisory experience
