About The Position

This is a temporary, strike shift position for an RN in an Inpatient Hospital setting. The role requires the ability to float down to Stepdown. Successful candidates must provide abbreviated compliance documents by June 9 and attend orientation on June 10, 2026. A commitment to completing the Prime compliance file by June 26, 2026, is also required. The initial shift is scheduled for June 11-12, 2026. After the compliance file is complete, clinicians interested in Per Diem work can pick up additional shifts at the standard facility rate, not the special strike rate.

Requirements

• Must be willing to float down to Stepdown.

• Must be willing to commit to finishing Prime compliance file by June 26, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Float down to Stepdown unit as needed.
• Complete abbreviated compliance documents by June 9.
• Attend orientation on June 10, 2026.
• Commit to finishing the Prime compliance file by June 26, 2026.
• Work the initial strike shift from June 11-12, 2026.
• Pick up additional Per Diem shifts after June 12, once compliance is complete, at the standard facility rate.
