About The Position

Cleveland Clinic’s Business Operations Center serves as a key hub for our Home Care and Hospice operations as well as many administrative and support teams. This collaborative workplace supports a wide range of caregivers, clinical professionals, and operational teams. While many positions are based within the center, numerous home-visiting roles—including case managers, nurses, and therapists—travel throughout the Akron, Canton and surrounding areas to deliver exceptional care directly to patients in their homes. Hospice helps patients and their families prepare physically, emotionally and spiritually for the end of life. Our focus is on providing comfort, not cure; on family, not just the patient; and on quality of life, not duration. Cleveland Clinic’s hospice team includes physicians certified in hospice and palliative medicine, nurses, social workers, chaplains, home health aides and volunteers. This team works together to support patients wherever they call home. This position will provide care to patients living in the Akron/Canton area.
