About The Position
North Hill, a not-for-profit senior living community, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide personalized care to residents in our on-campus Home Health program. Deliver home health–style services without extensive travel, all within a supportive and collaborative environment. Requirements
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (in good standing)
- 2+ years of RN experience (home health preferred)
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Satisfactory completion of a background investigation is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in independent living
- Manage daily caseload and complete timely documentation
- Communicate with residents, families, and care teams
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
