About The Position
As a Home Health RN with Compassus, you’ll help patients recover, manage their health, and remain independent — all from the comfort of their home. This role involves providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, assessing patients and monitoring changes in condition, educating patients and families on their care, managing individualized plans of care, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. The position requires coverage in the Thurston County, WA area.
Requirements
- Active RN license
- 1+ year of nursing experience; home health preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
