About The Position
Prime HealthCare Staffing, a national health care staffing company with over 20 years in the business, is looking for an experienced RN - Home Health for our customer in Elizabeth, West Virginia. The ideal candidate will possess a current West Virginia license. This is a RN position in the Home Health RN - Clarksburg, WV - 369 type:Home Health Unit.
Requirements
- Current West Virginia RN license
- At least 2 years of recent Home Health US nursing experience as a RN - Home Health
- Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications
- Active Nursing License per state
- Current Updated Resume
- Supervisory Professional References
- Must complete Drug Screen and Background Screen
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to physicians.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
