About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking nurses to provide high-quality care to clients with complex medical needs in their homes. The role offers flexibility in scheduling, with options for full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts, including day and overnight shifts of 8, 10, or 12 hours. There is no weekend requirement. The company emphasizes a supportive environment with 24/7 clinical support and mentorship, opportunities for career growth and development through paid training, and weekly pay. BAYADA serves local communities across New York, including Orange County, Westchester County, Rockland County, and the Bronx.
Requirements
- Current, valid nursing license in the U.S.
- Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- One year of experience working as a nurse (LPN or RN)
Responsibilities
- Provide the highest quality care to clients with complex medical needs.
- Provide 1:1 care to clients of all ages and acuity levels.
- Utilize user-friendly electronic charting (Statewise).
