RN Home Care Nurse
About The Position
BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who has a passion for pediatric/adult care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability. This role involves providing hands-on care to one client, building relationships, and observing their milestones. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. The day-to-day involves traveling to a client's home, following doctors' orders, performing assessments, monitoring conditions, and documenting observations, interventions, and evaluations.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
- A current nursing license in good standing in the state

Responsibilities
- Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
- Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
- Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
