The Division of Maternal-Fetal Medicine at Cleveland Clinic is committed to providing the highest quality, expert care to women and birthing people with high-risk conditions. Our Maternal Fetal Medicine team provides comprehensive high-risk obstetric care, including preconception consultation, ultrasonography and advanced fetal imaging, perinatal diagnostics and fetal therapy, prenatal care and consultation, and delivery services. As an RN on this team, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- STABLE Certification - Sugar and Safe Care, Temperature, Blood Pressure, Lab Work, Emotional Support
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification must be presented upon hire or within first year of hire
- Within one year of hire will obtain Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) through American Heart Association (AHA) with the exception of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit RNs who must achieve and maintain Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) through American Heart Association (AHA) provider status and RNs in the Special Delivery Unit, who must achieve and maintain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA)
- One year of current acute care RN experience OR licensed military RN experience

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care.
- Implement, monitor, evaluate, update and revise patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, document and communicate patients’ conditions.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs.
- Educate patients and their families.
