About The Position

Legacy Village of Sugar House is searching for an attentive and kind-hearted leader to oversee our nursing department as a full-time RN - Health and Wellness Director. When you join us, you'll earn $75,000 - $85,000/year (based on experience) and enjoy terrific benefits and perks. Requirements

Registered Nurse license
Caring and sympathetic personality
Leadership skills with the ability to coach a team of 30 to 40 people

Responsibilities

Oversee the nursing department.
Coach nurses, doctors, and staff in delivering exceptional care and friendly support.
Supervise staff and ensure residents' health needs are fully met.
Check in with the care team.
Review residents' status and updates.
Ensure treatment plans are followed.
Coordinate appointments.
Guide medication technicians.
Ensure all meds are delivered accurately and on schedule.
Answer health questions.
Ease fears or concerns.
Solve any problems that pop up.
