Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
• None required; clinical experience during nursing program accepted.
• Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Nice To Haves

• Emergency Room nursing experience is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or specialty certification applicable to clinical area preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Ensures the safety, quality, and continuity of care for patients across diverse clinical settings, supporting optimal patient outcomes and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
