About The Position

The RN Fellowship Program at Memorial Hermann is a transition-to-practice program designed for currently licensed, registered nurses who wish to learn and train in a new nursing specialty practice area. This program provides a structured, comprehensive path for professional growth and development, offering an evidence-based practice curriculum to supplement unit-specific, competency-based orientation. The fellowship is offered three times a year and serves as a pathway for experienced nurses looking to enter a new specialty, not as a RN refresher course.

Requirements

• Must have at least one (1) year of current RN experience
• BSN or higher preferred/ADNs accepted
• Current Texas RN license or temporary permit.
• BLS Certification from American Heart Association.
