About The Position

Providence is calling for applications for our July 2026 RN PICU Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts July 27, 2026. Requirements

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
Alaska Registered Nurse License Upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire.
National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty).
