About The Position

Providence is calling for applications for our November 2026 RN Children's Resource Unit Fellowship. An RN Fellow at Providence St Joseph Health will experience a guided transition into their new specialty through structured curriculum, experienced preceptors and hands-on learning. If you are an RN ready to transition to a new specialty and have more than 12 months of continuous RN work experience, the Providence Clinical Academy is for you. This position starts November 2, 2026. Full-Time, Night shifts available. $5,000 Sign-on Bonus for eligible candidates who meet all conditions for payment – this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered by Providence that begin on your first day of employment. Requirements

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Alaska Registered Nurse License Upon hire
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Upon hire
  • 1 year Nursing experience (new to specialty)
