RN - Family Medicine Clinic
About The Position
Join our world-class team of doctors, nurses, and other health care professionals, who provide everything from preventive health care to highly specialized programs at the DeForest-Windsor Family Medicine Clinic. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment. Promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as, provide chronic condition management and education. Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care. Be an active member of the collaborative, interprofessional team.
Requirements
- Graduate of school of nursing Required
- 6 months of RN experience Required
- Registration as a registered nurse in the state where employed or licensure in a state in the licensure compact Upon Hire Required
- CPR/BLS Certification Upon Hire Required
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
- Relevant RN experience Preferred
- Applicable clinical certification Preferred
