This role involves supervising nursing staff and others for whom they are administratively or professionally responsible. The position requires adherence to and oversight of communication of privacy guidelines relative to the confidentiality of residents' protected health information. Participation in (or conducting) company-sponsored training to safeguard against improper use and disclosure of such information is also required, as is monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and state and federal law.

Requirements

Associate's degree or above in Nursing (ASN) required.
Clear and active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure in the state of practice required.
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing preferred.
Valid State license.

Nice To Haves

One (1+) years nursing experience required with prior Sub-Acute Care or Long-Term Care nursing experience preferred.
One to three years (1-3) years of supervisory experience preferred.
