About The Position
Emergency Room Registered Nurse responsible for providing direct patient care in a Level 2 trauma center with high patient volume.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a nurse with at least 1-year experience in the ER setting
- Teamwork mentality and the ability to coach and give feedback in real time
- ACLS
- BLS
- PALS
- TNCC
- CPI
- NIHSS (on hire)
Responsibilities
- Provide care with a patient ratio of 4:1 typically, up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds
- Collaborate with techs and unit clerks for effective patient management
