Requirements

Graduate of Accredited School of Nursing
Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of Virginia
Current AHA BLS-HCP certification
Effective interpersonal, communication, and teamworking skills
Successful completion of orientation and competency validation for position
Successful completion of cardiac monitoring course

Nice To Haves

Critical care experience preferred
Must successfully complete AHAACLS within six months of hire date and maintain current status

Responsibilities

Perform state-of-the-art procedures such as Cardiac Ablations, Pacemakers, and Defibrillator Implantations.
Conduct EP Studies for Arrhythmias.
Perform Atrial fibrillation and Ventricular Fibrillation ablations, Cryoballoon ablations, and Radiofrequency ablations.
Treat conditions such as Arrhythmias, Atrial fibrillation, Atrial Flutter, Supraventricular Tachycardia, Ventricular Tachycardia, and Ventricular Fibrillation.
Operate equipment for procedures like Pacemaker, ICD Defibrillator, leadless pacemaker, subcutaneous ICD, CRRT Device, Implantable loop recorder, and Cardioversion.
