About The Position
The Endoscopy Registered Nurse is responsible for pre-procedure assessments, care of sedated patients, and intra-operative and post-operative care. This role also includes specimen collection and labeling. The position reports to the Director of Endoscopy.
Requirements
- Associate Degree Nurse or Bachelor of Science Nursing
- Current licensure with the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Obtains and maintains American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider
- Obtains and maintains ACLS within 6 months of employment
- One year acute care experience required
- Background Check
- Lab Work
- Immunization Records
- Respirator Fit Testing Required Annually
