RN - Endocrinology
About The Position
Join our Endocrinology team as an RN at our 87th Ave clinic! In this position, you will provide professional, compassionate evidence-based nursing care for patients. You will provide care based on the nursing process; assist patients in treating illness and maintaining health. You will apply assessment skills and provide professional nursing care delivery that promotes patients' optimal health and independence. You will educate patients and families in healthcare issues, act as a patient advocate, and facilitate communications between provider and community-based healthcare programs. You will also develop and validate knowledge and skills. Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions, including care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment. The ability to work, with or without reasonable accommodation, with a diverse population of patients and colleagues seeking or considering care in all areas, is an essential function of all positions at the Clinic.
Requirements
- Active unencumbered Washington RN license and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) for Health Care Provider certification at time of hire.
- Relevant training and certifications applicable to the position.
Responsibilities
