About The Position
This position is for a Registered Nurse in Employee Health at UW Health in northern Illinois. The role is 100% FTE, working an 8-hour day shift, Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. The primary work location is UW Health E State St. Clinic, 1415 E State St.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Associate degree with equivalent experience.
- Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
- 4 years clinical experience in direct patient care.
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Illinois.
- Bi-Annual BLS.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) designation.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care within the scope of an RN in Employee Health.
- Administer care according to established protocols and standards.
- Maintain patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
