About The Position

The Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room utilizes the Nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal patient outcomes. This role requires collaborative work with all other disciplines on the assigned unit. Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• NYS RN Licensure required.
• Current BLS certification required upon hire.
• Current ACLS certification required upon hire.
• 2 years Med/Surg or critical care or ED experience required.
• Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills are needed.

Nice To Haves

• BSN preferred.
