There are a variety of 8 or 12 hour shifts available throughout the day, any day of the week including weekends! The position is located in a hospital setting in Stillwater, MN. The pay rate is up to $85/hour depending on experience.

Requirements

Bachelor/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in an acute care setting.
Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
Must have ACLS and PALS certifications.
Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

Nice To Haves

Previous emergency department/critical care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform patient centered, safe, effective and timely patient care based on the specific needs of ED patients within the scope of a registered nurse.
Communicate effectively with ED patients and families, communicate updates in a timely manner.
Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member.
Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health care team members and across the organization.
Maintain and update clinical knowledge including certifications as appropriate.
