About The Position

The RN – Emergency Department delivers immediate, high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department. The role focuses on rapid assessment, triage, stabilization, and treatment of patients with acute and life-threatening conditions. The RN demonstrates strong critical thinking and advanced clinical judgment, works effectively under pressure, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support optimal patient outcomes.

This is a full-time, permanent, onsite role in Chicago, Illinois. Night shift availability is required.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Active Illinois RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• PALS certification.
• Minimum 1–3 years of Emergency Room experience.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
• Patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to collaborate with a team.
• Availability for night shifts.
• COVID-19 vaccination, subject to exemptions.
• Willingness to work onsite in Chicago, Illinois.

Nice To Haves

• BSN or currently enrolled in a BSN program.
• SANE certification.
• Experience in high-acuity emergency settings.
