About The Position

The RN Electrophysiology Coordinator will serve as the project manager for the coordination of programs, overseeing and coordinating the application process for programs. This role collaborates with the Nursing Practice Council and Nursing Leadership to ensure the coordination and facilitation of an action plan to bring program visions to reality. The coordinator will support departments in various Performance Improvement activities, working closely with the Department of Quality. A key responsibility is developing a communication plan to keep nurses across the system informed and linked, as well as a plan to educate Mercyhealth partners on program components and champion strategies. The role also leads and supports all survey readiness activities. Other duties may be assigned based on department need.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree required, or RN Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required, with active enrollment in an accredited BSN program
  • Minimum of 5 years hospital experience or experience related to the program
  • Demonstrated success with Project Management
  • Experience with interpretation and display of data
  • Active nursing license in each state of practice
  • Ability to follow both written and oral instructions accurately and consistently.

  • Leads and supports all survey readiness activities before, during and after a survey period
