About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team and ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and clinical excellence.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
- Previous nursing leadership or management experience required
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Must have a clean MVR
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, and support to nursing staff
- Oversee daily nursing operations and clinical services
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality-improvement initiatives
- Monitor patient care and clinical outcomes
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel
- Collaborate with physicians, administrators, residents, patients, and families
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, compassion, and excellence
