About The Position
We are actively looking for a skilled RN to lead our Emergency Services team as the Director. This role provides strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department, managing staff relations, overseeing departmental budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing professional growth through evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Current Arizona RN license or Compact RN License with Arizona endorsement.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution.
- Certifications in BCLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and Handle with Care.
- Proven leadership experience in an Emergency Department setting.
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree in nursing or a relevant field is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Emergency Department.
- Manage staff relations, including performance management, recruitment, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee departmental budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage vendor relations.
