About The Position
Seeking an experienced RN with a Dialysis background to work in a hospital setting, providing care to Dialysis patients in the ICU and ED. The staff nurse utilizes nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the lifecycle, adhering to organizational policies and procedures. This role involves coordinating patient care activities and maintaining standards of practice. Patient ratios are dynamic and influenced by patient volume and acuity.
Requirements
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- No experience required
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
- Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization.
- Demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice.
- Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
- Care for Dialysis patients in the ICU and ED.
