Requirements

Accredited program or (2) two years minimum, required for this position.
2yr or more of RN experience in Day Surgery, CVICU, or ED
A major focus or specialization in Nursing.
Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic Life Support (BLS) or obtain within (30) thirty days of hire or transfer.

Nice To Haves

Ideally, some relevant professional experience, though less than a (1) one year would suffice.

Responsibilities

Assess patients and prioritize their needs.
Create and adjust care plans for better results.
Assess nursing practices to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Track indicators, make changes based on research, and join quality improvement initiatives.
Teach patients and staff.
Use strategies and resources to solve problems for patients, families, and staff.
Contribute to decision-making, recognize others' contributions meaningfully.
Monitor patients' health and communicate changes efficiently to nursing staff and healthcare providers.
Give top-notch, patient-centered care that honors patient diversity.
Use the nursing process and follow nursing standards.
