About The Position
The RN CVOR - Open Heart position is a full-time role located in Kissimmee, FL. The schedule is for days, 7 AM to 7 PM, with on-call duties once a week and one weekend per month. The nurse must live within 30 minutes of the hospital. This role requires proficiency in conducting comprehensive patient assessments, analyzing data for clinical decision-making and care planning for cardiovascular patients requiring critical care. The position also emphasizes exceptional teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
Requirements
- 1 year of Open Heart (CVOR) RN experience in an Acute Care environment.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA Healthcare provider) Certifications – Required
