Perform assessments, procedures, and interventions based on physician orders. Collaborate with RNs, therapists, and care teams to ensure seamless care. Be the eyes and ears for changes in patient condition, helping adjust care plans in real time. Stay focused and efficient while keeping patients at the heart of everything you do. Patient & Caregiver Education Educate patients and families on self-care practices and safety. Be initiative-taking in identifying and reporting any safety concerns. Communication & Documentation Keep documentation accurate, timely, and compliant. Jump into care team huddles, share insights, and keep communication flowing. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent – Required.
  • Current LPN license in the state of Georgia – Required
  • At least 3+ years of recent medical-surgical or acute care nursing experience – Required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association – Required
