About The Position

Accountable for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessment of patients' clinical decision-making regarding nursing care, assuring nursing care is provided in a safe and competent manner, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients. This role involves administering medications, monitoring patients for reactions or side effects, recording medical information and vital signs, monitoring and reporting symptoms or changes in patients' conditions, and consulting/coordinating with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Treatment plans may be modified based on patient responses and conditions.

Requirements

  • Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
  • Registered Nursing License
  • AHA or ARC BLS
  • Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required
  • CLINICAL JUDGMENT: Appropriately assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care, specific to population served

Responsibilities
