Your responsibilities will include training staff on medication supervision and administration, infection control, and vital sign monitoring. Additionally, you will delegate tasks to qualified personnel while maintaining accountability and ensuring that unlicensed staff can perform their assigned duties correctly. Your expertise in medication management will empower you to teach safe administration techniques and perform thorough medication reconciliations, ultimately enhancing the quality of care for our residents.
