We are hiring PRN/Per Diem RN & CNAs to join our compassionate team at Lutheran Community at Telford, a Grace Inspired community. Since 1962, the Lutheran Community at Telford has been a cornerstone in providing exceptional services for seniors in Bucks and Montgomery Counties. Our community offers a comprehensive continuum of care, ranging from independent residential cottages and convenient apartment homes to comfortable personal care accommodations. Our Shepherd Way memory support neighborhood and Healthcare Pavilion ensure individuals have access to healthcare and support around the clock. Our dedicated staff is committed to ensuring that residents enjoy the highest quality of life while maintaining their independence. Guided by God's love, Grace Inspired Living is dedicated to providing communities and services that enhance the lives of older adults in a supportive setting that values residents, employees, volunteers, and families. Requirements
- PA CNA certification (for CNAs)
