The RN Clinician also collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, delegates appropriately, may perform Charge Nurse responsibilities when assigned, and assists with staff and student orientation when no designated preceptor is available. The position contributes to quality improvement and professional development by identifying potential policy revisions based on evidence, applying the Synergy Model in practice, analyzing data, participating in improvement activities, and maintaining required points and contact hours through the clinical lattice PLAN system. Work conditions and physical demands may vary by assigned work area and tasks.
