About The Position

The RN Clinical Trainer delivers training to clinical staff to support superior patient care. Working closely with the Clinical Operations Management Team, the trainer helps ensure care and services are delivered effectively, consistently, and satisfactorily across Mia Aesthetics clinics. The role includes frequent clinic visits and local and out-of-state travel.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, healthcare, or a complementary field.
At least 1 year of experience in a training delivery position.

Responsibilities

Conduct frequent clinic visits to train newly hired OR Circulators and OR Sterilizers.
Monitor the clinical skills and competence of OR Circulators and OR Sterilizers, providing timely, relevant feedback through ongoing coaching.
Facilitate and lead education and continuing professional development for OR Circulators and OR Sterilizers across clinics.
Serve as a role model and expert clinical practitioner in patient care.
Promote continual improvement in patient care through research and evidence-based clinical practice.
Undertake clinical duties when appropriate to meet business demands.
