This role assists the manager in achieving departmental and organizational objectives, including patient experience, length of stay, and quality measures. Additionally, the Clinical Team Leader participates in process improvement projects, peer interviews, and assists with occurrence investigations. The position is located at Methodist Charlton Medical Center, a 314-bed acute care teaching hospital serving southwestern Dallas County, recognized for its expansions and specialized units like a Level III Trauma Center and Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
