RN Clinical Supervisor/ICU
About The Position
The Clinical Supervisor assists the Director in overseeing daily department operations, clinical practice, quality initiatives, regulatory compliance, and staff development. The role promotes safe, high-quality, patient-centered care while supporting the hospital’s mission, vision, values, and strategic goals. The Intensive Care Unit has capacity for six patients and an average daily census of three to four. ICU staff care for patients with cardiac, respiratory, surgical, and other medical issues. The team is described as friendly and having a wide range of skills and work experience.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Five years of nursing experience.
- Current Idaho RN License.
- Current BLS (AHA) Certification.
- Current ACLS, PALS, NRP, Procedural Sedation, and NIHSS.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- Two years in a leadership role preferred.
- Previous Intensive Care Unit/PCU experience preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of critical care nursing.
- PCCN or CCRN special certification preferred.
