About The Position

The Obstetrics and Nursery Unit is adding another clinical supervisor to the team. This position provides consistent leadership support across all shifts, enhancing team engagement and ensuring easy access to your next-level leader. Clinical Supervisors will be on the unit to problem-solve, address work needs, and respond to questions and concerns in real time. You’ll have the opportunity to lead daily operations, collaborate closely with the Clinical Manager, and guide a team of caregivers on the Obstetrics and Nursery Unit.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in Obstetrics
• Associate degree in Nursing (minimum).
• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.

Nice To Haves

• Charge Nurse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Charge RN during scheduled shifts and ensure smooth daily operation of the unit
• Serve in a day-to-day leadership role, supporting staff through problem-solving, sustaining change, and responding to ideas and concerns in real time.
• Support staff development, performance management, and adherence to quality standards.
• Provide follow-up on quality and safety events.
• Lead approximately 10-15 RN direct reports and manage performance.
