About The Position

Alliance Nursing is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor to work alongside our Director of Nursing and support clinical operations across our organization. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys leadership, mentoring, problem-solving, and helping teams succeed while remaining connected to clinical care. You'll serve as a clinical resource, leader, and operational partner, helping ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, staff development, and clinical excellence wherever support is needed. Requirements

  • Active Washington State RN license
  • Minimum two years of nursing experience
  • Experience caring for medically complex patients
  • Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator-dependent patients
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions

Nice To Haves

  • Charge nurse, supervisory, management, or leadership experience
  • Home health, private duty, long-term care, or Adult Family Home experience
  • Experience with quality assurance or compliance activities
  • Experience mentoring or training nursing staff
  • Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation systems
  • BSN

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Director of Nursing with clinical operations and special projects
  • Coordinating care transitions, admissions, and discharges
  • Reviewing documentation and ensuring clinical accuracy
  • Assisting with quality assurance and regulatory compliance efforts
  • Supporting policy implementation and clinical best practices
  • Conducting supervisory visits and clinical assessments as needed
  • Mentoring, coaching, and developing nursing staff
  • Assisting with nurse interviews, onboarding, and training
  • Supporting problem-solving and clinical decision-making across the organization
  • Serving as a clinical resource for nurses, clients, and families
