CCP specializes in providing comprehensive Cardiology care and currently has over 30 locations throughout the Philadelphia area. We are currently hiring for a full-time Clinical Operations Manager to work at our Center City, Philadelphia, PA office. This role is responsible for integrating clinical operations and administrative management functions within the Innovations Department. It combines clinical staffing oversight with business and operational execution to ensure safe, efficient, and scalable program delivery. The position oversees staffing, HR processes, payroll coordination, and financial tracking, while supporting the development and growth of clinical programs.

Requirements

• Current and Active Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field (required)
• Proficiency with EMR systems and accurate clinical documentation
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or related) preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and scaling of clinical programs, including staffing models, workflows, and operational infrastructure
• Contribute to the development of pro formas and P&L reporting
• Manage expense reporting and support financial tracking activities, including P4P metrics
• Oversee daily staffing operations, including scheduling, callouts, PTO/sick coverage, and communication of staffing updates
• Manage attendance and payroll processes, including timesheet review, PTO approval and employee reviews in accordance with CCP policies
